Jade Planner keeps Linear as the source of truth.
Jade Planner stores only the data needed to render planning views, protect access, process approved updates, and keep a reviewable sync record for your connected workspace.
Data we process
- • Linear workspace metadata, teams, projects, initiatives, issues, cycles, and labels.
- • Planning evidence such as updates, comments, documents, attachments, and webhooks.
- • Jade-owned views, filters, layout preferences, scenarios, and sync review records.
How we protect it
- • Linear OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage in the instance D1 vault.
- • Raw token and secret values are never returned in UI or API responses.
- • Team access is role-gated and writes back to Linear require review/approval.
Contact and removal
To request support, data deletion, or OAuth disconnection help, contact djsquircle@gmail.com. Workspace admins can also disconnect Jade Planner from Linear and remove local workspace data.
